Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. We aim to ship early in the week to avoid weekend transit delays and ensure your plants arrive fresh and healthy.
How are plants packaged for shipping?
Each plant is carefully packaged using plant-safe materials to protect roots, foliage, and stems during transit. Plants may be shipped in nursery pots or with their root systems wrapped in moist media, depending on the variety and season.
What if my plant arrives damaged?
If your plant arrives in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos of the plant and packaging. We’ll evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we’ll work with you to resolve any issues related to damaged or incorrect shipments.
What kinds of plants do you sell?
We specialize in a wide range of exotic and rare plants, including tropical fruit trees, unusual and collectible houseplants, succulents and cacti, and flowering and ornamental plants.
Can I grow tropical plants in cooler climates?
Yes! Many of our tropical plants can be successfully grown in containers indoors or in greenhouses. We list USDA hardiness zones for each plant to help you choose the best fit for your climate.
Do you grow all of your own trees and plants?

To ensure your orders are fulfilled promptly and with the same level of care you expect from us, we occasionally partner with a select group of trusted nurseries. These partner nurseries are thoroughly vetted and operate under our strict growing standards and handling practices. From propagation to packaging, they follow our exact protocols to ensure that every plant meets our high-quality standards. This collaborative approach allows us to deliver healthy, vibrant plants to our customers without delays, even during our busiest times.
